Great staff! ! The fridge in the room was a nice touch, but I wish the water wasn’t for sale. The location was brilliant for wandering around, with all the bars and restaurants nearby.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

This hotel has an amazing location right across from the Leaning Tower. However, the mattress was extremely firm.

The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast selection with fresh pastries that truly kick-started my mornings.

The soundproofing was inadequate, making it difficult to avoid noise from other rooms and corridors at night.

The location is absolutely prime, making it easy to access the nearby landmarks and local eateries within minutes. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, particularly the flavorful eggs that were freshly prepared. However, the heating in my room was not effective enough during the chilly nights, which impacted comfort. Additionally, I noticed some noise from the street that might be bothersome for light sleepers. Overall, a pleasant stay with a couple of drawbacks to consider.

the location of roma is fantastic for visiting the duomo complex. it's also close to other attractions like palazzo blu. we enjoyed friendly staff and a nice coffee with breakfast.

I was captivated by the welcoming vibe and cleanliness, making my stay so delightful! Plus, the location was just a short stroll to the iconic Leaning Tower.

In certain areas, soundproofing fell short, letting in noise from the street and neighboring guests, which affected my sleep quality.

At Roma, I enjoyed the charming atmosphere, fresh coffee, and breakfast selections like pastries and European bread. The view of the Leaning Tower from my room enhanced my stay. Some noise from the street was a minor distraction during the night.

Heating in our room was ineffective-a small electric heater just couldn't cut it in chilly nights. To add to the frustration, we were stuck in a room clearly marked 'problematic' due to this lack of basic amenities. The bed felt pretty firm and definitely not a pillow-top haven, leaving us slightly unrested.

Our large family visit to Pisa was a delight, especially with the kids enjoying the location just a short walk from the Leaning Tower. The breakfast was a hit with everyone, featuring great croissants and coffee that brought smiles to our faces each morning.

In my wife’s opinion, more variety in breakfast would help families.

I had a solid stay for 2 nights. The room was spacious and super clean, and I loved chilling on the balcony with an epic view of the tower. The breakfast was nice too, especially the fresh coffee! Only thing was it got a bit noisy at night since it’s on a Main Street, but I managed to sleep well.

The breakfast spread at Roma was a game changer! Freshly baked European bread and scrumptious pastries to fuel my culinary explorations. The location was absolute gold, just a brisk walk to the Leaning Tower, and the room was super comfy with a hot shower to unwind after a day out.

Now, for the cheeky side—word to the wise, the front of the hotel was under renovation, and no heads-up about it! Plus, we faced a heating hiccup, and let’s just say the small electric heater wasn’t the miracle we needed on a chilly night. A bit of a letdown considering everything else was decent.
